How it started
In 2017, Yan and Nazer created Beans out of frustration with the bad marketing experience they received with their favorite retailers.
They quickly realized that there were no easy solutions to help retailers create a tailored marketing experience for their customers. So Beans started as a loyal program solution that sends customers reminders depending on their buying habits and communication preferences. Soon we integrated social interactions and the ability to reward customers for more actions than purchases.
Today, Beans makes it possible to track and segment interactions from your website, your social channels, your email campaigns, and much more.
